TYPICAL FOOD OF QUITO
Ecuador has a gastronomic richness. Outstanding dishes such as hornado and fritada, which are based on pork. We also suggest the guatita, which is a dish made with the belly of the cow. As well as the yahuarlocro, which is a soup with potatoes and sheep guts.

It is the pork cooked in a wood oven
FRITADA
It is usually accompanied with whole potato tortillasor
boiled potatoes
GUATITA
Although its origin is in the Coast, the serranos also consume it and it is sold in many places of the city. Even in hollows or 'agachaditos' (street vendors).
YAHUARLOCRO
It is a thick soup
PAPAS CON CUERO
The 'juicy' of its cooking is prepared with a rehash of annatto and onion, then combined with dad 'Chola'.
Higos con Queso
It is one of the most delicious desserts for its contrast of
the sweet nectar of panela with the salty of the cheese.
